We enlisted the help of chef Michele Granuzzo in order to recreate an old and traditional recipe in a vegan style.
The 100% Italian grown tomatoes blend perfectly with the lentil varieties to create a highly nutritional, yet delicate and tasty sauce. Sauté (carrot, onion and celery), 100% Italian tomatoes, lentils (black, brown), spices (sage, bay leaf and rosemary). We proudly present RAGUVÈ, the vegetable lentil ragù, tasty and extremely nutritional. Lentils, in addition to being a good supply of protein, are extremely rich in iron, phosphorus and group B vitamins, and contain flavonoids and niacin. The thiamine they contain is good for concentration and memory.
