Join SANA Food 2026 with V LABEL Italia and the Italian Vegetarian Association

SANA Food opens its doors from February 22nd to 24th at Bologna Fiere, in an international setting, filled with opportunities for companies that have chosen the V-LABEL.

Among the highlights, the official opening of the V-Label anniversary year: 50 years since the creation of the symbol and 30 years of V-Label certification. Furthermore, SANA Food takes place simultaneously and in synergy with Slow Wine Fair and, in addition for this year, with Slow Food Fair.

Join V LABEL Italia at SANA Food to enhance your products as part of a global network, fostering synergies and embracing opportunities in new markets within the veg landscape.

The V Label Italia exhibition area is at the heart of the event, ideally located to attract importers, hotels, restaurants, gourmet food shops, eco-boutiques, foodservice professionals and target international buyers.

All customers that will participate with V LABEL Italia, even with free of charge opportunities, will be included in the event’s official catalogue made available to all registered industry professionals. Customers choosing to showcase their products in the feature windows can send us their logo to be featured in a promotional banner located within the V LABEL Italia’s exhibition area.

FREE OF CHARGE PARTECIPATION

SHOWCASE YOUR PRODUCTS

Display your V-LABEL approved products in the feature windows, strategically located along the sides of the V LABEL Italia exhibition area to reach buyers and visitors.

How to participate: send at least 3 samples per each product (*). For temperature-controlled products, a mock-up must be provided to ensure the proper handling during the entire event. Promotional materials (flyers, leaflets and business cards) will be made available to professionals.
 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS’ BAGS

By participating in the product showcases, you’ll also have the opportunity to reach international buyers attending SANA Food by placing samples or mini-formats of your V-LABEL-approved products in the shopping bags distributed in the Buyer’s Lounge.

How to participate: Contact us to determine the quantity and type of products to send for inclusion in the shopping bag.
 

Buyer’s Lounge

Showcase your product directly in the Buyer’s Lounge, the area exclusively open to international buyers for business meetings, breaks and refreshments.

How to participate: submit your V-LABEL-approved product by sending us an email including the main characteristics of your chosen product. Applications will be submitted to the SANA organizers, who will select the products that are more in line with the profile of target buyers attending the event.

(*) Please note that shipping and customs costs will be covered by your side. Products will not be returned at the end of the exhibition.

PAID PARTECIPATION

“TURNKEY” WORKSTATION WITHIN THE V-LABEL COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION AREA – EXCLUSIVELY OFFERED TO V-LABEL CUSTOMERS

Meet buyers and visitors to showcase and sell your products by leveraging of a dedicated business area: a fully equipped workstation located within the V LABEL Italia collective exhibition area – only available for V-Label customers. The premium package valued €1,350 + VAT includes an open-plan workstation complete with desk, stool, logo on the front of the desk, carpeting and a shared storage area.
